Info
Maiea: to surface, brings to the surface what is in the depths of our moana as a lifeforce for our people. We are aligning our response to support the centenary of the Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board, honouring the significant environmental and cultural milestones relating to the waters of Ngāti Tūwharetoa.
Curated by Vanessa Wairata-Edwards (Ngāti Parekaawa), and Tyronne Te Waa (Ngāti Hikairo ki Te Rena).
**This event is an independent event organised by the Taupō Museum and co-marketed by The One Taupō Trust (Taupō Winter Festival).
