Suitable for children 7 years and older

Come join in the fun as we emboss foil art stars and make kites. Learn about Ngā mata o te Ariki Tawhirimatea and create a foil embossed star, and Te Waka o Rangi and create a kite to remember those that are no longer with us. Toddler time sessions will have a Matariki theme.

A Star scavenger hunt and crafting stations will be available at the Mangakino Library, Taupō Library, Tūrangi Library, Taupō Museum for the duration of the school holidays.
